10/350μs impulse current test system settled in Hunan Zhongpu Technology
In order to promote the technical innovation of Hunan Zhongpu Technology, real-time and comprehensive detection of lightning and surge protection product performance and ensure the quality of products, Hunan Zhongpu Technology signed a customized procurement agreement with Xi’an Jiaotong University to introduce a new set of 10/350μs impulse current test system.
The introduction of the 10/350μs impulse current test system integrates 10/350μs inrush current generation, automatic program control, pulse signal measurement and computer management. It can perform I-level nominal discharge current experiment and maximum discharge current experiment on Surge Protection Device(SPD). The ICTS-10/350-70 can generate 10/350 inrush current waves with a rated current of 60kA and a maximum of 70kA. The test platform adopts Roche coil independently developed by Xi’an Jiaotong University, and the measurement uncertainty can be controlled within ±1%.
At present, the equipment has safely arrived at the Hunan Zhongpu Technology, is undergoing commissioning, and will be put into trial operation. The two lightning test laboratories built by Hunan Zhongpu Technology will strengthen the laboratory operation, management and soft power construction in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of IEC and GB, and constantly improve and improve the test level and innovation ability.
